One of our owner-operator is a psychology major from UC Davis with a passion for cooking. Driven to fulfill her mother's dream, she visited her homeland of Cambodia and learned the authentic recipes passed down from her mother's generation. Upon her return, she sold her Cambodian food at a fundraiser to honor her brother. The positive response exceeded her expectations, and from there the word spread about the great Taste of Angkor!
